BusinessBasics once again recognised for their excellence

The annual Hunter Business Awards recognised excellence across a number of a categories and the BusinessBasics team are thrilled to once again be named finalists.

For the third year in a row, BusinessBasics is a finalist in the Excellence in Small Business and Customer Service categories.

In addition, BusinessBasics Executive Chairman, Adam McDean, has been named as a finalist in the Business Leader of the Year category for the second year running.

Adam said the nominations were particularly welcome as the organisation is undergoing a period of rapid growth.

“As we grow it is important that we maintain high levels of customer service and create maintain effective business systems for ourselves,” Adam said. “Putting together the award submissions allowed us to reflect on the last few years and realise that while we are expanding rapidly we are still clearly focusing on the essentials and being named as finalists has reinforced this.”

In the last 12 months BusinessBasics has further expanded in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, employed a Business Development Manager, redeveloped their induction, training and mentoring process and moved their Head Office to larger premises.

“We take pride in the fact that we create partnerships with our clients and deliver high levels of customer service across Australia. One of the key areas that we review in terms of customer service is that a lot of our business comes from referrals from existing clients. To us this is a clear indication that we are getting it right!” Adam concluded.

The award winners will be announced by the Hunter Business Chamber on Friday, 5 August 2016.
