As BusinessBasics continues to expand their service offering, Nicki Carroll has been appointed as a Management Systems Consultant with an additional role to cultivate their training programs.

Managing Director, Adam McDean, said that Nicki has been tasked with increasing the number of training programs provided, as well as developing further the existing workshops.

“Our quality and environmental management workshops have always been popular and well-attended,” Adam said. “And our attendees and clients are now requesting safety management related workshops.

“Nicki has a wide range of expertise and is well placed to manage the creation and delivery of our courses, managing training from end-to-end.”

Nicki has extensive operational and strategic experience in quality, environmental and safety management across multiple manufacturing and utilities sites, including AmpControl, Ausgrid and the Electoral Commission.

She has a wide range of qualifications, including an MBA, an Advanced Diploma of Applied Electrical Engineering, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Diploma of Business (Quality Auditing).

Nicki says she has hit the ground running and is enjoying being part of the BusinessBasics team.

“It’s a fantastic culture at BusinessBasics and I have been welcomed with open arms,” Nicki said. “I am looking forward to helping organisations to drive their business forward. I get a kick out of working with people to give them the knowledge and skills they require to succeed.”
